Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
Pork Shoulder
Barbeque Sauce
Onion
Bell Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:

Put Pork Shoulder into crock pot with your favorite barbecue sauce and if you like, other additions such as chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic.  Cook for 6-8 hours and shred pork and put  on your favorite sandwich bread or eat just as it is and serve with baked beans.


Favorite Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:

½ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup minced fresh parsley (preferred) or 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. pepper
¼ cayenne pepper
4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)

Directions:

1.   In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add pork chops.  Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. 

2.   Drain and discard marinade.  Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees.  Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
